For some years the circuit has managed a legacy given by the late Mabel Roberts to provide free holidays for Supernumerary Ministers. This was first done using her former home in St Davids.
When that became unsustainable, other ways of fulfilling the purposes were sought. The circuit has now found a way of making possible Mabel Roberts’ wishes by using the legacy to renovate its former manse in Tenby as a holiday cottage making money from ordinary lets to provide the cost of upkeep & the provision of free holidays for Supernumeraries when the cottage is not booked.
Details of the cottage can be found on the website of West Wales Holiday Cottages .
Supernumerary Ministers who wish to learn more about this offer of a free holiday can trigger the link at the bottom of the West Wales Holiday Cottages website - ‘contact the owner’ or alternatively via email.
